In this team consulting project, I analyze water-related climate trends to make policy recommendations for effective water management and investment in California through the lenses of environmental, racial, and economic justice.

In this role, I oversaw the Aquarium’s digital content creation process from conception to writing, editing, and publishing. I also launched eCommerce product in collaboration with a UX/UI and development team to provide over 1,500 Aquarium employees and volunteers access to complimentary employee tickets online.

I wrote and edited original website content and emails seen by over 1M website visitors and over 100,000 email subscribers, building brand trust and supporting the organization’s mission to inspire the conservation of the ocean. I also led the content design of modifying the Aquarium’s eCommerce purchase path to be in compliance with pandemic-related regulations, enabling the organization to reopen and earn $36M dollars in ticket revenue in 2021.
